We also hope you’ll join us for our weekly Wednesday Evening Prayer Service at 7:00 pm. This is a time of corporate prayer followed by Bible study and meets downstairs in the fellowship hall. Currently we are studying Biblical World History
Churchwide Workday, Saturday, Sept. 13th, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (afterwards lunch will be provided). This workday is for all men, women and children of Grace. No matter your age or ability, there will be something for you to do. We hope you’ll join us as we come together in service and fellowship. Mission Illinois IBSA Annual Offering will be taken through September. Week of prayer is 9/14-9/21. Prayer schedule and envelopes are available on the Resource desk.
Game Night (Adults only) - Friday, Sept 19, 6:30-8:30 pm. Bring your own snacks and drinks. There will be games there, but feel free to bring other games to play.
Back to School Party! Saturday, Sept. 20th, 5:30-7:00 pm - Children & Youth (ages K– 9th) Food, games, fun! Parents are encouraged to attend. Flyers are available at the Resource Desk.
We will meet our new associational Director of Missions, David Hendrick, on Sunday Sept. 21st in the morning service.
Movie Night: Sunday, Sept 28th, 5:00 pm, Sight and Sound Theatre’s production of “Ruth” - We have flyers on the resource desk to help you get the word out.
40 Days for Life Granite City Fall Campaign is 9/24 thru 11/2. Our role in the Prayer Vigil at the Hope Clinic in Granite City is on Saturday, October 4th. Please sign up at the welcome desk.

It’s time to start preparing for Operation Christmas Child. You can pick up pre-printed boxes on 9/21 after the morning service. Please turn your boxes in by the dedication date. Dedication date for praying over the boxes in not yet determined, but is typically on the 3rd Sunday morning in November. We will update you as soon as we can. An $11 donation per box is requested if you would like to help with shipping. Please put this in a blue envelope, mark it “OCC,” and place it in one of the offering boxes. Please do NOT put the donation in the shoebox.When you pack your box, please do not include candy, toothpaste or soap.
